I work within the Akashic Records of both animals and humans. As a healer, I support beings in their own healing journeys—always with the understanding that I am not healing them, but assisting them in reconnecting with their natural ability to heal themselves.

Carmen Lara is an energy healer, intuitive photographer, and co-founder of Blue Zulu Healing. She offers Akashic Records sessions for both humans and animals, drawing on her certification in Healing Touch for Animals and years of experience in energy work since 2018.

Deeply guided by her connection to nature and animals, Carmen helps others deepen their bond with their animal companions through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and online offerings. Her work honors the sacred relationship between all beings—rooted in listening, remembering, and intuitive connection.

Carmen’s photography is an extension of her healing practice. Faces in trees, rocks, and mountains often reveal themselves to her as ancestral energies, which she captures in photo cards and prints meant to transmit wisdom and healing. Now based in Spearfish, South Dakota, she continues to follow inner guidance, supported by her partner Gina and their beloved animals, Lois and Guild.
