Tracy Island created The Calming Wave Wellness Center in response to a need: a space where healing can occur without pressure, where spiritual and holistic practices are accessible, and where both clients and practitioners can feel supported.

At its core, the center is more than a wellness studio—it’s a gathering place. A container for meaningful connection, authentic healing, and soul-aligned work.
